Role Overview
Binance is seeking a Compliance professional to join the Binance Accelerator Program.
Role Purpose
To support and strengthen Binance's compliance operations through hands-on project work, policy development, and regulatory oversight across the organization's global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Oversight & Compliance Management
- Monitor and assess regulatory requirements across jurisdictions where Binance operates.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support the maintenance of compliance documentation and records.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams to embed compliance into business processes.
- Facilitate communication between compliance and operational departments.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare compliance reports and risk assessments.
- Document findings and recommendations for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Understanding of financial services compliance frameworks and regulations.
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) principles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
