Role Purpose

Ensure model quality, coordination, and compliance across multidisciplinary design teams on roads and infrastructure projects. Coordinate BIM models, maintain execution plans, train teams, and liaise with clients on BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Model Coordination & Quality

• Coordinate BIM models across civil, structural, and utilities disciplines.
• Ensure model quality, accuracy, and compliance with BIM standards.
• Support clash detection and coordination between design teams.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and level of development requirements.

Planning & Governance

• Maintain BIM execution plans and model management protocols.

Training & Support

• Train project teams on BIM tools and workflows.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on BIM deliverables.

Documentation & Delivery

• Support the production of 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of BIM coordination experience on infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 or similar).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Fluency in English required.
