Role Purpose

Prepare and process customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness while verifying billing data and resolving discrepancies. Maintain billing records and coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure timely payments and comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

Billing Verification & Resolution

• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and coordinate with finance teams.

Record Maintenance

• Maintain billing records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–1 years of experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Billing accuracy and invoice processing.
• Billing data verification.
