Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences by managing luggage, providing facility orientation, and maintaining a welcoming, organized lobby environment while coordinating across hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Service

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

Luggage & Package Management

• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
• Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guest rooms.

Operations & Coordination

• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain clean and organized.
• Coordinate with concierge and front office teams to assist guests promptly.

Skills & Competencies

• Russian language proficiency.
