Role Purpose
Ensure that all guests arriving at or departing from the property receive a warm welcome and friendly goodbye. Serve as a key person in the delivery of guest service experience, acting as a guide, ambassador, and source of information for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Lobby Operations
- Control lobby traffic and assist guests with arrivals and departures.
- Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and farewells to all guests.
- Provide extensive knowledge of hotel operations and services to guide guests.
- Demonstrate flexibility and high guest interaction throughout the shift.
Guest Relations & Communication
- Act as a hotel ambassador and information source.
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel is essential.
- Passion for hospitality.
- Positive learning attitude.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
