Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming arrivals and departures, managing luggage handling, providing facility information, and coordinating with Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions when required.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Coordination

• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Bellman in a luxury or upscale hotel.
• Valid Transferable Iqama.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with excellent grooming standards.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Physically fit to handle guest luggage and perform related duties.
