Bellman at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels and Resorts, Hilton. Doha, Qatar.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and special requests, and creating memorable experiences that define a guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms while sharing helpful information about hotel amenities and services.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.
- Support VIP guests with attentive, personalized service.
Luggage & Services
- Assist guests with luggage, including loading, unloading, storing, and delivering bags to rooms.
- Coordinate transportation needs, including taxis, rideshares, shuttles, and valet support.
Guest Information & Support
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel facilities.
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition.
