Role Purpose

The Bellman delivers exceptional guest service by welcoming arrivals and departures, managing luggage, coordinating transportation, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions. The role creates memorable first impressions and supports the team in delivering personalized, authentic hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Welcoming

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
• Support the Front Office team in creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.

Luggage & Property Management

• Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
• Handle and store guest luggage safely and accurately.

Guest Support & Coordination

• Assist with arranging taxis and transportation when required.
• Deliver guest items, messages, parcels, and other requested materials promptly.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, restaurants, local attractions, and transportation.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
• Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

Facilities & Compliance

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and behaviour at all times.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and guest confidentiality procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Bellman or in a guest-facing hotel role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and local attractions is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage safely.
