Role Purpose

To create memorable and satisfying guest experiences from arrival through departure by delivering exceptional bell service, assistance with luggage, information about hotel facilities, and prompt resolution of guest inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome and Assistance

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with their luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Information and Coordination

• Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with phone calls as needed.
• Provide knowledge of local attractions and transportation options.

Facility Maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Skills & Competencies

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
