Role Overview
Bell Instructor 412 - Evergreen at CAE. This role delivers high-quality flight simulator instruction to pilots on Bell 412 aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company training objectives.
Role Purpose
Prepare aviation professionals for safe and efficient operations on Bell 412 aircraft through ground school and simulator training that meets FAA, EASA, GCAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction Delivery
- Conduct ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots in accordance with FAA, EASA, GCAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Deliver instruction on normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures, aircraft systems, and operational performance.
Trainee Evaluation & Documentation
- Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and complete all required documentation.
Currency & Development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 aircraft systems, operational procedures, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training programs and courseware.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with CAE's Safety Management System (SMS) and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Bell 412 Type Rating (preferred).
- Minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time, with significant experience on Bell 412.
- Previous experience as a flight instructor or simulator instructor with rotary-wing experience required.
- Must be EASA qualified.

- Ability to work in a dynamic training environment and adapt to client needs.
