Role Purpose
Lead bell staff operations to deliver efficient guest services, including luggage handling, escort services, and lobby maintenance while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision
- Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation.
- Mentor bell staff on service standards.
Guest Services
- Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services.
- Coordinate with front desk for guest requests.
Facilities & Maintenance
- Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and organizational skills.
