Role Overview

Role Purpose
To deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive bell service, reliable transportation coordination, and seamless day-to-day operations at the hotel's bell service desk, while maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and property care.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Anticipation
- Anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries promptly.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist guests who require special attention.
Luggage & Concierge Services
- Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage services.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and other items to guest rooms.
Operations & Maintenance
- Participate in the effective day-to-day operation at the bell service desk.
- Ensure the lobby area is always clean and tidy.
- Complete all other shift duties as outlined on shift checklist.
- Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
Product & Service Knowledge
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products and services, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other properties.
Transportation Coordination
- Assist in ensuring that the hotel's transportation arrangements work perfectly, including coordination of taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other vehicles.
