Role Purpose
The Bell Attendant ensures that all guests arriving at or departing from the property receive a warm welcome and friendly goodbye while serving as a key person in the delivery of guest service experience. Acting as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel, the role requires extensive guest interaction, flexibility and deep knowledge of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Lobby Operations
- Ensure warm welcome and friendly goodbye for all arriving and departing guests.
- Control lobby traffic and assist guests as required.
- Serve as guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Passionate about hospitality.
- Positive learning attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Good level of English.
