Role Purpose
Ensure that every guest arriving at or departing from the property receives a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye. Serve as a key person in the delivery of the guest service experience, acting as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel while controlling lobby traffic and assisting guests.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Deliver a warm welcome to all arriving guests.
- Provide a friendly goodbye to all departing guests.
- Assist guests throughout their stay.
- Serve as a guide and ambassador for the hotel.
- Provide information and direction to guests.
Operations & Support
- Control lobby traffic.
- Possess extensive knowledge of hotel operations.
- Support the overall guest service delivery experience.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Passionate about hospitality.
- Positive learning attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Good level of English.
