Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of active, hands-on experience as a makeup artist, beauty therapist, or beauty consultant.
- Prior experience in retail and sales, including promoting and selling products, monitoring sales metrics, and achieving targets.
- Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring other staff members, particularly advantageous for senior trainer roles.
- Professional portfolio showcasing makeup artistry, application techniques, and before-and-after results.
- Certification in makeup application preferred.
