Beauty Advisor

Role Overview

Beauty Advisor at Apparel Group. The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Role Purpose

Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales by demonstrating expert product knowledge, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing operational duties as assigned by store management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Demonstrate excellent make-up selling skills.
• Recommend and link customer-specific products to individual needs.
• Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
• Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat sales.
• Possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
• Remain updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to customers.

Visual Presentation & Store Maintenance

• Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
• Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout norms.
• Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping.
• Be presentable and well-groomed at all times.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Record inventory inward and outward and maintain reports of the same.
• Minimize stock loss through brand representation at required standards with updated product knowledge.

Point of Sale & Cash Handling

• Handle the POS (Point of Sale) and billing counter.
• Tally money in the cash drawer during the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.

Security & Vigilance

• Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.

Additional Information

• Must be flexible to work extended hours during the sale and festival periods.
