Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Product Expertise

• Provide expert product recommendations and educate customers on beauty and skincare products, highlighting features, benefits, and suitability
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing products based on their preferences, brand loyalty, and specific requirements

Sales & Performance

• Execute sales techniques including suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to enhance customer basket value and store performance
• Meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of service and presentation

Operations & Merchandising

• Monitor product availability and maintain attractive merchandise displays
• Implement promotional initiatives while ensuring inventory security and loss prevention
• Manage merchandise displays and inventory tasks

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven retail or beauty advisory experience with strong product knowledge

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Physical capability to manage merchandise displays and inventory tasks
