Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in the beauty department through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and genuine customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Provide personalized product recommendations and educate customers on features, benefits, and applications to support purchasing decisions.
• Execute effective sales techniques including suggestive selling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase transaction value and customer basket size.
• Engage diverse customers and build rapport through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Merchandising & Inventory

• Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Safeguard inventory against damage and loss.

Store Operations

• Support store promotions, campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven retail or customer service experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or similar fast-moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for beauty trends, skincare, and cosmetics.
