Beauty Advisor

Role Overview

Beauty Advisor at Apparel Group. The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience.

Role Purpose

Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales by demonstrating expert product knowledge, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring secure store operations across all operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Demonstrate excellent makeup selling skills and recommend product-specific solutions.
• Identify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer service.
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
• Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
• Maintain updated product knowledge across all brands in the group for suggestive selling.

Visual Presentation & Store Maintenance

• Perform various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
• Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and as per standard layout norms.
• Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Record inventory inward and outward and maintain reports of the same.
• Minimize stock loss through vigilant brand representation at required standards.

Point of Sale & Cash Handling

• Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter.
• Tally money in the cash register during the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers, and automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers correctly.

Security & Vigilance

• Ensure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must possess knowledge of varied cosmetics products and accessories.
• Must be updated about the various brands of the group.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent makeup selling skills.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• POS system operation.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
