Role Overview

SKIMS is seeking passionate, customer-focused team members for its first store in Kuwait. Positions available include Supervisor & Team Leader, Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser, and Cashier. Al Tayer Group, operating as Al Tayer Insignia, is opening this flagship location.

Role Purpose

Supervisor & Team Leader

Oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, lead the team toward sales targets, and create a positive shopping environment that drives store success through strong leadership and brand passion.

Sales Advisor

Bring SKIMS to life for customers by delivering a best-in-class store experience. Represent the brand, inspire through styling and product knowledge, and leave every customer with a memorable experience while achieving personal and team sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Visual Merchandiser

Bring the SKIMS brand story to life through creative, impactful displays. Ensure every corner of the store reflects the SKIMS aesthetic—from window concepts to product presentation—creating a memorable shopping experience for customers.

Cashier

Serve as the final touchpoint of the customer journey, delivering a seamless, elevated in-store experience. Handle accurate and efficient transactions, maintain cash desk standards, and support customers with a warm, professional approach, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued, confident, and excited to return.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor & Team Leader

• Lead and oversee daily store operations and team performance.
• Manage, lead, and develop team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards across the store.
• Drive the team toward achieving sales targets.
• Create a positive shopping environment that supports brand success.

Sales Advisor

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and store experience.
• Represent the SKIMS brand with passion and authenticity.
• Inspire customers through styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Maintain adaptability and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.

Visual Merchandiser

• Create and execute creative, impactful product displays.
• Design window concepts and seasonal presentations.
• Ensure the store environment reflects the SKIMS aesthetic and brand story.
• Maintain consistent product presentation throughout the store.

Cashier

• Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cash desk standards and procedures.
• Support customers with a warm, professional approach.
• Represent the SKIMS brand at the checkout point.
• Ensure customers leave feeling valued, confident, and eager to return.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification or higher.
• Experience in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Experience managing, leading, and developing teams (required for Supervisor & Team Leader and supervisory roles).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume, agile environments.
