Role Purpose
Lead business development strategy and execution to drive growth, expand market presence, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships that enhance company offerings in the mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and potential partners.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance company offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Operations & Integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is highly desirable.
