Role Purpose
Develop original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions while ensuring guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Serve guests in accordance with company standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
- Process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional service across all facets of quality, appearance and cleanliness.
Bar Operations
- Ensure the bar is professionally set up at all times.
- Maintain pride in the appearance and cleanliness of your area of responsibility.
- Understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual.
Beverage Creation
- Develop original and exciting beverages using local ingredients and traditions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
