Role Overview
Bartender/Mixologist at Hilton, preparing and serving drinks while delivering memorable hospitality experiences to guests.
Role Purpose
Create exceptional guest experiences by preparing quality beverages, maintaining seamless bar operations, and embodying Hilton's core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special.
- Address guest concerns professionally and manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while ensuring a safe environment.
Beverage Preparation & Service
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
Bar Operations
- Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service.
- Monitor product quality and manage inventory to ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items.
Payment Processing
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
