The F&B operation is significant, generating almost 50% of revenues, with brands including Huddle Sports Bar & Grill, Claypot, and Sizzling Wok.

Role Purpose

To prepare and serve drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Customer Engagement

• Greet customers and present beverage menus.
• Take orders and serve drinks and snacks to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.

Beverage Preparation

• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Ensure drinks are mixed quickly, accurately, and without waste.

Bar Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Compliance

• Check identification of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Bartender.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes.
• Certification or training in mixology is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to mix drinks quickly, accurately, and without waste.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
