Role Purpose
Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards while delivering outstanding, personalized guest service in line with Palazzo Versace brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver outstanding, personalized guest service in line with Palazzo Versace brand values.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and promote signature cocktails.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols consistently.
- Assist with inventory control and daily stock checks.
Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and outlet success.
