Role Overview
Bartender at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, operated by Accor, located on Qetaifan Island.
Company Overview
Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is a luxurious island resort offering guests a multi-inclusive vacation destination. The property spans five acres and features a waterpark, private beach, retail area, beach club, and multiple fine dining and casual restaurants.
Role Purpose
Prepare and serve beverages while delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency at the bar while building positive guest relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
Guest Engagement
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with special events as needed.
Bar Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking as needed.
- Inform management of shortages.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed, such as serving food.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Additional Information
- Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
