Role Purpose
Deliver an excellent guest experience by preparing and serving classic and innovative cocktails and beverages that exceed guest needs and expectations, while maintaining thorough product knowledge and supporting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Guest Interaction
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Encourage a positive working environment
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all products within the bar
Operations & Inventory
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Plan and present bar menu
- Maintain a flexible approach to duties and working hours
Compliance & Support
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Support the manager with up-selling features
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven work experience as a Bartender
- Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property required
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage

- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
