Bartender position at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara, operated by Minor Hotels.

Role Purpose
Develop original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions while ensuring guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of beverage offerings. Serve guests in accordance with company standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Serve guests with professionalism and courtesy according to established standards.
- Process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance and cleanliness.
Operations & Setup
- Maintain the bar in a professionally set up condition at all times.
- Understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Understand and adhere to the Beverage Manual.
Beverage Development
- Create original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
