Role Overview

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is hiring experienced and passionate team members for multiple positions in our coffee shop operations across the UAE. Positions available: Barista, Waiter/Waitress, and Pastry & Bakery Chef.

Role Purpose

To deliver excellent customer service and quality in a growing specialty coffee and food & beverage operation, working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the target role.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or Specialty Coffee industry preferred.
• Available for immediate joining.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and quality.
