Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
- Proactively look for ways to make each guest's meal experience special
- Answer guest questions with confidence and help them navigate menu options
Menu & Ordering
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale system with accuracy
Service Delivery
- Deliver completed orders promptly to guests
- Ensure attention to detail in every transaction
- Serve with efficiency and care
Station Management
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Follow alcohol awareness regulations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
