Role Overview
Barista position at Apparel Group. The role is responsible for maintaining the section clean and organized, ensuring it is always fully stocked, serving clients, and introducing and promoting special drinks.
Role Purpose
Deliver excellent beverage service by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, preparing fresh products daily, and promoting special drinks to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Stock & Inventory Management
- Prepare requisition for bar products.
- Conduct daily stock control to avoid any shortage of products.
- Responsible for filling the fridges.
Service & Operations
- Serve beverages during service hours.
- Prepare on a daily basis all fresh products, including juices and decoration items.
- Introduce special drinks and promote them to clients.
Standards & Maintenance
- Keep the beverage area clean and tidy.
- Keep all utensils clean and shining at all times.
- Maintain personal appearance clean and high hygiene level.
Product Knowledge
- Possess knowledge about special drinks, including cocktails.
- Ability to create a beverage menu.
