Role Overview

Role Purpose

Oversee bar operations and supervise the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through efficient service, high standards of operation, and a culture of hospitality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special.
• Address guest concerns professionally and manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while ensuring a safe environment.

Bar Operations

• Supervise and oversee all bar activities, ensuring stations are stocked, organized, and operating according to established standards.
• Prepare beverages for servers to deliver to guests and process transactions.
• Ensure collaboration between the bar and service teams to support efficient service delivery.

Team Supervision & Development

• Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and excellent service.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
