Bar Back at CLAW BBQ, a Hilton property. The role supports food and beverage operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional hospitality by preparing service areas, supporting F&B operations, and ensuring guest experiences are memorable and every detail meets Hilton standards.
Key Responsibilities
Service Support
- Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
- Greet guests warmly and ensure consistently high levels of service
- Take and serve orders accurately
Preparation & Setup
- Prepare tables with precision for dining and events
- Set and arrange tables including folding napkins
- Clean and place tableware
Cleanliness & Safety
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Maintain compliance with alcohol awareness regulations
- Uphold the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
