Role Purpose

Support the bartending team at Mercury Lounge by assisting in the preparation and service of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards, while maintaining bar cleanliness and ingredient stock readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Preparation

• Assist Bartender to prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu.
• Ensure proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.

Stock & Inventory

• Keep and monitor the stock of cocktail ingredients ready for every shift.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Ensure cleanliness of glassware and bar area.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• 2-3 years bartending in a luxury establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks.
