Role Purpose

Develop, deploy and iterate excellent backend software using Java-based technologies, cloud platforms, and modern architectural patterns to support enterprise applications across global industries.

Key Responsibilities

Development

• Create robust, clear code with deep understanding of data structures, algorithms and concurrent programming.
• Develop subsystem specifications and microservices.
• Develop server-side applications using PHP and Python.

Architecture & Design

• Design and architect solutions leveraging cloud computing, NoSQL databases and distributed systems expertise.
• Apply SOA, EDA and design patterns to application development.

Deployment & Operations

• Deploy and iterate applications in JBOSS 6 and JBOSS 7.
• Execute production deployments with continuous integration.
• Manage Linux DevOps proficiency in Hadoop and MVC environments.
• Work with cloud computing architecture and NoSQL solutions including MongoDB and Cassandra.

Testing & Quality

• Develop and test clear, robust code with passion for quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science specialized in programming.
• 5 years of experience as a programmer using latest technologies.
• 5 years of experience in Java based applications.
