Role Overview

Back Store In-Charge at Home Box, located at Delma Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Role Purpose

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and stock movements to ensure accurate inventory, timely delivery coordination between store and warehouse, and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Scheduling

• Oversee day-to-day operations and stocks in the store warehouse.
• Schedule timetables for operations including stock replenishment for stores and customer deliveries to control costs.
• Ensure proper and optimal allocation of resources to meet delivery deadlines at all times.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure no discrepancy between system and physical stocks.
• Ensure all stock movements are properly documented.
• Enter data into the system accurately and timely.

Coordination & Delivery

• Ensure proper coordination between stores and warehouse so stocks are delivered on time.
• Take feedback from customers about the quality of delivery and installation by staff.

Compliance

• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to across all warehouse operations.
