Role Overview
B2B Sales Specialist at PetroApp, Outdoors Division. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with B2B customers and driving business growth through strategic client portfolio management.
Role Purpose
Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and drive revenue growth by building trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and identifying expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads in the outdoors sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from existing clients
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors
Sales Execution
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare reports on account status, forecasts, and key sales metrics
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record in sales and customer retention
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Excellent customer relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Slack
- Proficiency in ERP systems
