Role Purpose

Provide expert technical support for heavy twin-engine helicopter maintenance and operations across the Africa and Middle East region. Ensure the highest standards of safety and availability for H225, Caracal, and Super Puma families operating in diverse and often challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Execution

• Perform scheduled (Base/Line) and unscheduled maintenance on H225, Caracal, and Super Puma families.
• Execute troubleshooting and defect rectification on assigned aircraft types.

Field Support

• Deploy on short-notice missions to customer sites across Africa and the Middle East.
• Provide Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support and specialized repairs.
• Deliver technical assistance to customer maintenance teams.

Compliance & Quality

• Certify all work performed in accordance with EASA Part 145 standards or equivalent local CAA regulations.
• Comply with company Quality Management Systems.
• Maintain "Safety First" culture and ensure all tooling, parts, and procedures meet rigorous aviation standards.

Customer Liaison

• Act as technical ambassador to customer maintenance teams.
• Provide guidance on maintenance procedures and technical matters.
• Ensure operational continuity through effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid EASA Part 66 B1.3 License or equivalent.
• Current Type Ratings on H225 (EC225LP) and/or AS332 (L1, L2, C1) are mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience on specified helicopter types.
• Proficiency in English (technical and spoken).
• French is a significant advantage for West African operations.

• Additional Type Ratings on other Airbus Helicopters (H145, H135, or AS365/H155) are a plus factor.
• Experience with military variants (Caracal/Cougar) and mission-specific equipment is a plus factor.
• This role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
