Role Purpose

Deliver technical instruction and training in H145 helicopter maintenance to fresh and advanced maintenance technicians, developing curriculum, supervising evaluations, and ensuring compliance with PSS/GSAC policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Training Delivery

• Instruct maintenance technicians in H145 aircraft systems, procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Develop and deliver On-the-Job Training (OJT) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
• Supervise new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.

Curriculum & Training Materials

• Develop teaching aids including charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.
• Maintain training records in adherence to PSS/GSAC policies and procedures using Microsoft Office Suite.

Technical Writing

• Produce technical documentation and training materials as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (minimum 2 years).
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in H145 Maintenance (military or civilian).
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.
• Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.
• Experience in developing and instructing OJT curriculum for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.
• Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides.
• Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.
• Instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.
• EASA Part 66/FAA License preferred.
• 3 years in a technical writing position preferred.
• Level-7 qualification in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office automation tools.
• Technical knowledge of H145 aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.
• Instructional design and curriculum development.
• Training evaluation and supervision.
• Technical writing.
• For non-native English speakers: minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. English language skills will be evaluated during the PSS/GSAC interview.
