Role Overview
Arrival and Reservation Agent for Marriott in Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
Deliver a memorable and unique guest experience by providing a wide range of services throughout the guest's stay, from check-in through check-out. Take initiative to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights, making every transaction feel like part of the experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Process guest check-in and check-out transactions.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Guide guests through their entire stay with proactive support.
- Share information about local area highlights and amenities.
Operations
- Complete operational reports and documentation as required.
- Process operational needs and maintain efficient service flow.
- Move about the property as needed to deliver services.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
Standards & Compliance
- Create and maintain a safe workplace for all associates and guests.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards in all interactions and services.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
Additional Information
- Position requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking during shifts.
- Hands-on role involving physical movement and object handling.
