AVL Package Manager

Role Overview

JASARA PMC is seeking an AVL Package Manager to lead all aspects of audio-visual and lighting systems design, implementation, and management for entertainment and theme park projects.

Role Purpose

In this senior leadership role, you will develop strategic plans, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality AV and lighting solutions that enhance guest experiences in entertainment venues.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Engineering

• Lead the AV and lighting design, engineering, and implementation processes for entertainment and theme park projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to final handover.

Project Management

• Develop project strategies and manage resources to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of AV and lighting systems.
• Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Mentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to AV and lighting systems.

Professional Development

• Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends in AV and lighting, especially within entertainment and theme park contexts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio-Visual Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in AV and lighting management with a focus on entertainment, theme parks, or similar venues.
• Proven experience leading large-scale AV and lighting projects from design through commissioning.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of AV systems, lighting design, control systems, and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with industry software and technologies related to AV and lighting, including lighting consoles, audio processors, and CAD software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
