Role Purpose
Deliver memorable guest experiences by ensuring the physical functionality and safety of hotel facilities, including audio-visual systems, guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities Maintenance
- Maintain hotel facilities to ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to regularly inspect facilities and equipment and identify maintenance needs.
Service Delivery
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Handle service requests to ensure prompt resolution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Document maintenance activities by recording completed inspections and repairs.
- Flag any issues requiring further attention.
