Wynn Al Marjan Island is an integrated resort scheduled to open in 2027, located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport. The destination features 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa on a picturesque island in the Arabian Gulf.

Role Purpose

Support the efficient operation of the Resort's Warehouse by receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and materials; maintaining inventory accuracy; ensuring equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with all regulations; and enabling timely delivery to outlets and locations across the resort.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
• Record all inventory movements using the BirchStreet system.
• Prepare items for dispatch based on requisitions from outlets and other locations.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock audits.
• Flag discrepancies and support reconciliation.

Storage & Maintenance

• Monitor and record chiller and freezer temperatures.
• Carry out periodic expiry date checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any malfunctions.

Logistics & Handover

• Ensure dispatch readiness as per requirements and handover to checkpoint.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and staging of goods for transport.
• Communicate effectively with the Inventory Control team to ensure timely delivery.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to Wynn Al Marjan Island's safety protocols and UAE regulations.
• Use PPE and follow hygiene standards.
• Report hazards and participate in safety drills.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with UAE regulations and Wynn policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within hospitality or a fast-moving, high-volume business.
• Valid forklift license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic proficiency in inventory systems (WMS/ERP).
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
