Role Overview
Whiteshield is hiring for three positions on its General Consulting Track: Associate (entry-level, 1–2 years experience), Senior Associate (2–3 years experience), and Policy Advisor & Manager (4+ years experience with public policy background). Roles are based in the UAE or KSA.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
- Drive evidence-based strategies from analysis to implementation.
- Build analytical models and present insights directly to policymakers.
- Lead advanced research and analytical modelling to solve real-world economic and policy issues.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Strategy & Solution Design
- Contribute end-to-end from diagnostic and modelling phases to strategy design and on-the-ground implementation.
- Build impact-driven solutions across multiple domains—labour markets, education, trade, ESG, and more.
- Connect the dots across complex challenges and turn insights into action.
- Shape high-impact solutions for governments and global organisations.
Client Engagement & Influence
- Present insights confidently to clients and shape dialogue at the highest levels.
- Engage directly with senior policymakers and decision-makers.
- Navigate high-stakes environments with senior stakeholders.
- Adapt messaging to different audiences.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Collaborate in diverse, international teams.
- Mentor junior colleagues and guide project teams while ensuring delivery excellence.
- Elevate team performance and foster a constructive, high-energy work culture.
- Support peers and bring energy to the team.
Sector Coverage
- Work across sectors including education, labour, ESG, innovation, and trade.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, Strategy, or a related field.
Experience
- Associate: 1–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, policy, or industry, or strong internship experience.
- Senior Associate: 2–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, public policy, or industry with proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver results.
- Policy Advisor & Manager: 4+ years of relevant experience with public policy background.

- Confidence structuring models, interpreting economic data, and forecasting policy impact.

Language
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic language skills or fluency a bonus or strong asset for work across the GCC.
Additional Information
Employment Terms
- Full-time positions available for Autumn 2025 start.
- Willing to relocate to either UAE or KSA required.
