Role Purpose
Support the sales management function by assisting in the development and execution of sales strategy, monitoring performance against budget and financials, and delivering tactical and operational support across all sales arms to ensure smooth execution of launches, campaigns, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager
- Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and forecast financial returns
Project & Campaign Management
- Project manage overall launch along with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos
- Conduct preliminary benchmarking on competitors within the local market on products and pricing to support extending a USP for the sales teams
Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor and review the implementation of sales strategy
- Monitor financials and budgets; raise concerns and red flags to line managers
- Review and update the status of inventory to the sales teams
Reporting & Analytics
- Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and stats of sales on monthly basis
- Analyze data to identify performance trends
Stakeholder Support
- Extend overall tactical and operational support to all sales arms to ensure smooth execution of sales
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience within residential sales arms in GCC
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to extend information in a clear and intelligent manner for various stakeholders
- Team player with a focus on overall sales targets
