Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development and Maintenance
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and program plans using industry-standard scheduling software
- Manage schedule baselines and support program change management processes
Monitoring and Analysis
- Monitor project progress against established baselines and identify schedule risks, impacts, and dependencies
- Conduct variance analysis and produce detailed progress reports for stakeholder communication
Stakeholder Support
- Provide comprehensive schedule analysis and strategic recommendations to project managers and delivery teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
