Role Overview
Associate Product Manager at Salla, supporting product squad development on a modern SaaS platform. This is an early-career role designed for talent with strong learning ability and ownership potential to grow into a full Product Manager role over time.
Role Purpose
Support the development of scalable, high-quality product experiences by contributing to product discovery, requirements definition, and cross-functional execution on a platform serving a large and diverse user base.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Requirements
- Support product discovery by contributing to problem understanding and user insights.
- Assist in defining product requirements and documenting scoped product work.
- Participate in structured breakdown of ambiguous problems.
Design Collaboration
- Collaborate with design on flows, usability considerations, and edge cases.
Engineering Execution
- Work with engineering to clarify requirements and support delivery execution.
- Participate in testing, release readiness, and post-launch follow-ups.
Outcomes & Iteration
- Contribute to tracking outcomes and identifying areas for iteration.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation across stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in product, engineering, design, analytics, consulting, or a tech-adjacent role.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- Must not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to execute tasks end-to-end with clear ownership and follow-through.
- Demonstrated learning ability when working on unfamiliar problems or domains.
- Structured thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems.
- Clear written communication and comfort explaining reasoning.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Reliability and accountability with bias toward action.
