Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the design and delivery of medium-sized landscape architecture projects with increasing independence and oversight responsibility.
- Manage multiple projects and lead design initiatives with growing autonomy.
Design Strategy & Innovation
- Develop and implement innovative strategies, processes, and methodologies that advance landscape design standards and market competitiveness.
- Produce high-quality design solutions that build the studio's portfolio and industry reputation.
Team Coordination & Collaboration
- Structure and coordinate project teams, establishing clear roles and responsibilities to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to integrate landscape design solutions into broader project contexts.
- Support project leadership with strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification or demonstrated experience in landscape architecture.
