Role Overview
Associate General Manager - Finance at Land Mark.
Role Purpose
Provide financial leadership and strategic support to drive operational efficiency, profitability and sustainable growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital management.
- Establish and maintain financial controls and compliance frameworks.
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Operational Support
- Partner with department heads to support budget execution and performance monitoring.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.
