Role Overview
Associate - Finance role at Majid Al Futtaim, MAF Retail Head Office, based in KSA.
Role Purpose
Support the finance function by providing the Head Office with timely and accurate reporting, maintaining financial records, and assisting with core accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Records
- Perform sales reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
- Support P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
Month-End & Planning
- Assist in monthly closing activities.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Payroll & Compliance
- Process and reconcile payroll-related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and IFRS standards.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
